Kia ora, I’m Nat Gallant.
A passion for adventure, curiosity and learning has fuelled my life and career.
Over the last decade, my love of physiotherapy has taken me from the U.K to the frigid sub-Antarctic Falkland Islands, and now to beautiful Aotearoa / New Zealand.
Along the way I have served as medical support at the London 2012 Olympics and as a Team Physio at the 2014 and 2018 Commonwealth Games. Driven by my desire to continually develop professionally, I earned my Post-Graduate Diploma in Sports & Exercise Medicine from Otago University in 2019. But my deepest passion lies in the world of running. Whether that is through technique analysis, outdoor natural play or just getting my clients to discover the true potential of their feet!
New Zealand is home, and so in 2019 I embarked on a 3000km adventure across it; running the length of the country unsupported on the Te Araroa Trail. This was a life changing experience for me! Since then I have had the adventure bug and earlier this year competed in GodZone Fjordland, finding out the hard way that post adventure blues are real. You can read about them here.
In a nutshell, I see every day as a chance to adventure outdoors, to learn new things and to challenge myself, all whilst working passionately towards chasing the things that make me tick…
As a physiotherapist specialising in all things running, I want to assist you in achieving your goals whilst enjoying the journey to your place of strength and fulfilment.
With the right training and commitment, anything is possible.
